Works well but I've tried things that are cheaper and work just as well.
I really like the smell of chi products but I can't say that everyone feels the same. It's kind of like a masculine smell. You have to use a normal amount because if you use too much your hair will be weighed down and feel sticky.

I LOOOVVEEE this stuff. I bought mine at cosmoprof for cheap for about 12$ along with a bed head hair spray. At the drugstore it normally goes for 20$. It makes a remarkably noticeable difference when you put it on vs before. I have recommended this to friends that have unmanageable day old hair. I normally used this on my hair extensions when they start to feel drier and they feel so much smoother and new. This is probably my favorite bed head product and I've used most of their styling products. Goes well after syling your dry hair. -

I didn't like the foam cleanser, it ran out too fast. I only liked the toner that came with it but the acne moisturizer that came with it was probably the only effective thing. Will probably purchase the moisturizer separately.
