I was really excited to try Rude Mama Passionfruit hot sauce because the tropical fruity smell is fantastic and I love passionfruit everything. I tried on my stir-fried rice to add some flavour, but unfortunately it turned out way too hot for my liking. The heat hits hard and fast completely overpowering the passionfruit taste-I could barely enjoy the fruit notes. Its a good quality sauce and I am sure for extreme heat lovers will enjoy it., but it’s just too spicy for me. I ended up using sparingly

The combination of chili and lime with coconut sounded interesting, but the taste didn’t quite work well together in my opinion. The flavor felt a bit off and the aftertaste was somewhat strange and lingering. I was expecting a more balanced sweet and tangy taste, but it didn’t match my expectations. Others who enjoy very unique flavor combinations might like it, but personally I didn’t enjoy it.

It gives me steady energy, my immune system feels stronger and I recover from colds much faster than before. The capsules are small, easy to swallow and I have had zero stomach upsets even when I took them on an empty stomach. I always take 1 together with my iron capsule in the morning. The combo works really well because the vit c noticeably improves how my body absorbs iron.
