As someone who consistently goes to the gym and is passionate about fitness I find it crucial to stay hydrated. I enjoyed trying ROAR Organic’s Mango Clementine drink. I was at first anxious that it might have perhaps had an artificial taste but it was delicious, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have tried this lovely drink. I have a big case of it, thus I distributed it to my friends, family and peers. Everyone loved it and it’s especially useful for sports lovers. I also like how despite it being an electrolyte, it does not have a salty taste.

I tried 3 international flavours from EATABLE Gourmet Popcorn: Truffle & Cheese, Sweet Chili, and Bourbon. Italian Cheese & Truffle It tastes like plant-based cheese and black truffle on a sweet and salty kettle corn base. The truffle was in the aftertaste so very subtle but not too synthetic and the salty seasoning plays well with the light sweetness of the kernel. I also noticed that I only got the truffle taste when I would eat multiple popcorns, never on the first one. It’s delicious as a savoury snack for charcuterie or even as a topping on tapas. That was my favorite flavor of popcorn due to the sweet and saltiness. Mexican Sweet Chili Heat Sweet kettle corn with spicy chili. It gives you a spicy knock and some umph, I like how it wasn’t too spicy since my spice tolerance is questionable sometimes. The sugar glaze and spice gives a nice balance and make it easy to eat several in one sitting. Inspired by Kentucky BBQ, this third option has smoky undertones!

I’ve tried the Chorizo and Italian Flavoured Grounds from Butter Butchers Canada. Plant-based grounds can sometimes be a bit texturally challenged or get greasy when cooked, but both held up structurally and browned evenly in the pan. My only critique is that it had a heavy apple cider vinegar taste which was still sour even after cooking. The Chorizo has a good warm spice profile and I added some smoked paprika and cumin to it. It packs enough heat to be detected in tacos and breakfast scrambles but not so much that it’ll ruin the dish. Italian Grounds are rich in classic herbs which reminded me of my italian vacations. It’s an easy substitute in pasta sauces or stuffed peppers where you want traditional sausage flavour, as the flavour is savoury and balanced.
Neither variety leaves a heavy or oily aftertaste, and the moisture level keeps the crumble from drying out while cooking. Gifted free from Butterly.

I love this supplement as it created somewhat of a difference. The only thing I couldn't stand was how large the pill size was. I usually take small supplements about the size of a little green pea. I am not use to taking pills this size. I did feel subtle mood boosters with this but it might be placebo so I am not entirely sure how effective this product was. As for bones and cells I was not entirely sure how useful this product was.

I've tried a few tea tree oils over the years, and Thursday Plantation's Tea Tree Essential Oil is one that I've enjoyed using. The scent is strong at first, but that's something I expect from pure tea tree oil. I've been using it for the breakout, and I've noticed that it helps calm my skin when used properly and diluted. What I like most is that it feels like one of those products that's useful to have around for more than just skincare. I've also added a few drops to cleaning mixes and found it leaves everything smelling clean. The bottle has lasted me a long time because you only need a small amount with each use. While tea tree oil isn't a miracle product, this one feels high quality, which is what I look for in an essential oil. If you're a fan of tea tree oil or looking for a versatile product to keep in your home, I think this is a solid option.

I used it for topping my pancakes but my mom loves it for chia seed pudding and the freeze dried strawberries add the perfect flavor. Blending it with smoothies ensures a smooth yet delicious treat, also can’t go wrong! Easily uplifting a simple snack or meal into a more sophisticated and colorful nutritious experience.
Overall super tasty, crunchy, textured, and tasty, I loved this!
