Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
This tastes good and is easy to make, but then I realized that it has hydrolyzed soy protein which contains high levels of MSG. I don't want to eat this because MSG can cause weight gain.

Nature's Path Love Crunch - Dark Chocolate & Peanut Butter
Probably my favorite out of all the Nature's Path products I tried. Not too sweet, crunchy texture and I feel good about eating it. It's also great that the company donates the equivalent in cash and organic food to food banks for every Love Crunch... +

Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk

Honey Nut Cheerios
I enjoy this cereal as it's easy to prepare and has a nice flavor. I eat it with Silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk, flax seeds and bananas. I have been purchasing it for a long time and am still satisfied with the flavor.

Ricola Cough Drops
Was referred to these by my older sister and have been using them ever since. They are not too bitter (a lemony/ herbal taste) and help with sore, dry throat and coughing. I just wish they came with a bit more.
