I have acne prone skin, not only on my face. I use tea tree mixed with witch hazel on my skin to help keep my skin acne free on a regular basis, so I know the powers of tea tree. The Thursday Plantation Tea Tree medicated Gel with Acne therefore gives an extra boost of effectiveness for acne and scars. The smell is strong due to the tea tree however, over a few days of applying the ointment to acne, including marks, you can see improvement. The gel which resembles more like a cream, has a cooling and calming effect. I would definitely recommend this product to those that have acne, especially those that have scars. However tea tree can be a bit irritating at times so those that have sensitive skin, test on a small area first.

These small clear patches are placed over the pimple and work away while you go along your normal day. They are latex-free and don't hurt or harm the skin. They do not smell and they are hardly noticeable, since it is clear. The patches help absorb any spot secretions and aid with the overall healing process of the pimple.
I tend to break out quite often, especially when I have sweets or it's that time of month, so these do come in handy! 👏😊

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the Say It Ain't Soda Trip of the Tropics Drink. It's such a bubbly, light, refreshing drink. I love this alternative to Soda which is typically high in sugar content. This drink is only 35 calories and has 8 grams of sugar. The flavour is natural with a blend of grapefruit, guava and a hint of hibiscus. Having this drink actually made me want more because it was light and refreshing and gives the bubbly kick. It's great on a cold day. I'm excited to try the other flavours. It's a bit pricy but I would say it's worth it. More like a luxury drink. The only down side I would say the drink is a bit hard to find. I had to request an order from Healthy Planet to get my flavour.

There were three flavours that came in the pack: Milk Hazelnut, Dark Hazelnut, and White Hazelnut. All three flavours hit the spot. Can't go wrong with Ferraro Rocher really. -

I'm big on extended high intensity exercise such as biking. I take Ribogen Mg to help me maintain my performance and endurance during my workouts. I mix 1 teaspoon of the powder in 2 cups of water and take that before my workout. The magnesium combined with D-Ribose help support muscle performance as well as development and maintenance of bones and teeth. I take it for just a boost and take only the recommended dosage. My muscles, especially the legs, feel less fatigued after long bike rides.
The powder itself smells like maple syrup but once mixed in water, does not really have a taste. I sometimes also mix with juice just for an added energy boost.

I've struggled with acne into my adulthood but have found the PanOxyl Acne Wash for Face and Body over time, has helped to clear my acne scars and prevent new acne from forming. The creamy like formula is gentle on my skin and helps keep my face hydrated after use. It's not like other acne washes which tend to dry out my skin.
To use, I dampen my face with water, then apply the wash and leave it on for 2 minutes. I rinse then pat dry. I have only used this on my face., even though I do have acne on other parts of my body. I did find that there is a slight medicinal/chlorine like smell to the wash.

This was my first time trying a whitening oral rinse. I was skeptical at first since whitening products tend to have a strong formula or burning effect, but this product pleasantly surprised me. This oral rinse is alcohol, peroxide and dye free so it is non-abrasive and gentle. The oral rinse helps remove surface stains, prevents future stains and acts as a breath freshener all in one. A step up from the typical mouthwash I would say.
The dazzling mint flavour leaves a gentle mint after taste in the mouth after use. The bottle itself looks bedazzled with the shiny wrapping. This is a great product if you are big tea and/or coffee drinker like myself. I use the product twice a day, morning and night, after I brush my teeth for optimal use as recommended. It is recommended to use a capful but since my mouth is small, I use less.
