Both flavours are so good and I love that I found something that was so delicious and high in protein with enough fibre and not heaping with sugar like most comparable products that don't taste half as good.

They are good (often on sale) and a nice sweet treat to add to the bowl). I would mix them with something hardier if you are a breakfast person though as they don't seem to hold me very long.
