The taste is great and this is a quality product. BUT in two spoons and it is already empty, why make cups so small? I prefer buying a larger one and then prepare individual portions in reusable containers. For our planet's sake, please don't buy

I use it when I am sick and my chest is congested. Usually, I apply some before going to bed because lying in bed can be harder for breathing and it just opens my airways! I love the smell now!
