I tried this on Jan 22 in the morning, I had a bit of insomnia after taking this for a week. It got better within after a few weeks, I had taken this pill for close to over 6 weeks and I found it didn’t help much with the hot flashes or my joint pains but helped me feel more awake in the morning. I liked the fact this was hormone free and was easy to take. I feel I have mild menopause but at times it can be worse. I really don’t know if it was effective for me because I was still feeling irritable. I’m hoping maybe if I go and repurchase more and go on it longer it might relieve some irritable issues I have. -

High on the shelf, the dough was a bit hard to roll was very sticky but after awhile it became easier. Taste better than it looked in my opinion. You gave your be careful how long you cook this. Ours got a little burnt. Overall first time it was fun making and building your own pizza pizza.

First time trying this milk. I really enjoyed the taste it actually tasted like the other dairy milks I normally buy. I noticed it was pretty popular cause it was the last one on the shelf. After trying a few days I noticed that my stomach doesn’t turn like it does with the other milk products. The only thing that would make me not buy is ot is pretty pricey at $5.99 for a 2 litre size. Overall I enjoyed this milk. -

Mine barely had any but overall this ice-cream would be a tasty treat for any ice cream lover. My kids loves this new twister cone. It’s peanut free so anyone allergic to nuts would love to try this new super cone, -
