I do think the price is decent, and it does the job!

First off, I want to thank Chick Advisor for giving me the chance to review this product. I was dying to try it, and I'm so glad I got the chance. I absolutely love this foundation!
I received the Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundation in shade #60 Sandy Beige. The shade was a tad bit too dark, but I can still make it work because it is so easily blendable, and it turns up lighter once you start blending it in. (You can see from my photo collage the swatch on my forearm, then after blended into my skin).
I consider it to be a medium coverage foundation that can be built up to be a high coverage foundation.
After applying, it feels and looks incredibly smooth.
There is no fragrance, which is great for anyone who has sensitive skin.
So far, I have used it twice and there are no signs of breaking out, which is another plus for me.
Also, I do have pretty bad acne scars and this foundation does a pretty damn good job at covering them up without any concealer whatsoever!
I did use the Dream Blender with it, and it works great. Very soft and even application.
I recommend being quick with your application. The first time I used it, I took my time and noticed streaks. The second time, though, I worked quicker and noticed no streaks at all. It does seem to dry pretty quickly.
The only negative, I think, would be the price. It is a little more on the expensive side for a Maybelline foundation. I did visit some stores to check out different prices, and Wal-Mart has it at about $14 which is cheaper than anywhere else I found. Of course, you can always wait until it goes on sale!
That being said, it is worth it in my opinion. I really enjoyed using this foundation and I will most definitely be purchasing another.

I love these tampons! I find it awesome that you can extend them. Also, there's a grip for holding onto and it comes in so handy. They do the job, and the colors are so cute. Definitely some of my favourites.

Downy Unstopables In-Wash Scent Boosters - FRESH

A great lady (who we are still very close with and visit!) invited us to park our SUV and trailer outside of her home. I know, sounds like a possible horror movie.
Anyway, we ended up staying there for a week. She let us do laundry and she had the Downy Unstopables Boosters. I hadn't really noticed them before but they interested me, so I used them that time and never looked back!
I love them. I think the scents are great, and last a super long time. The price is a little high though, so that kinda sucks. There are alternatives if anyone is looking for a cheaper brand! They should be in the same section at whatever store you can find them at.

So, I got pregnant by surprise (wasn't expecting it but wasn't not expecting it) and I told my husband we needed to go get pregnancy tests. My friend suggested I get a few at the dollar store since they "work the same". I got home, took two tests and they were accurate. Thing is, they were so cheap that I refused to actually believe it.
Fast forward and I tell my husband I want to go get a LEGIT one. We drive over and got this one, mainly because I trust the name and because the weeks indicator is just pretty cool.
Well, I took the test and there it said 3-4 weeks! Of course it wasn't right on point according to the doctor, but still. It was awesome. Works well!
If I have another, I will definitely be getting this one again.

For the price, you can't go wrong. They're pretty decent and very comfortable! I've bought several pairs. If you're looking for comfy, and affordable flip flops - these are worth it.

Dairy Queen Blizzard Cakes
I seriously love DQ Ice Cream Cakes. The best part is the cookie / fudge middle. I've tried other ice cream cakes and none compare to these ones.

The Red Velvet Velvetine was my first Lime Crime Velvetine purchased, and I was super impressed with it.
It is a really nice red color, very bold which I love. It has a slight vanilla smell also, which is great.
This Velvetine lasted on my lips for about 6 hours with no problems. I went out to dinner, had some drinks and then some and this was still in place! I only had to fix up the corners of my mouth after a while. But the staying power is seriously great.
Oh, and the packaging is just... amazing.
Price is a little expensive, but there are sales every once in a while, so just keep checking!
I will definitely by purchasing more Velvetines in the future.

I really like the Tisserand Deodorants. I have purchased all three (Rose Blend, Lavender Blend, Tea Tree) and my favorite by far is the Rose Blend. It is a fairly strong scent, so if you aren't a fan of strong scents it'd probably be best to go with... +

I have purchased all three (Rose Blend, Lavender Blend, Tea Tree) and my favorite by far is the Rose Blend. It is a fairly strong scent, so if you aren't a fan of strong scents it'd probably be best to go with the Lavender or Tea Tree. The Lavender one actually smells similar to Froot Loops in my opinion!
The negative is the price point. They are pretty over-priced, especially if you are ordering online. I have been lucky enough to find quite a few at Winners / Marshalls.
The effectiveness is pretty good, again keep in mind it is just a deodorant and not an anti-perspirant, so it will basically just help with any body odour.
