I got this mouthwash with the vivid white toothbrush and toothpaste and I found that using all 3 together did a great job of perking up the whiteness of my teeth in just a day or two. I wasn't expecting much to be honest because I've always poo-pooed whitening toothpastes thinking they were a gimic. I never would have believed a mouthwash would make any sort of difference. But I was proved wrong. My teeth are whiter and I feel like I can go longer before my next whitening as a result.
I really like the concept of using products to keep my teeth white in between using the strips because they look so great at first but a few weeks before you have to do it again, they don't look so hot. This is a really easy way to keep my teeth looking great all the time.
The one thing I have to say about the rinse though is that I wasn't a huge fan of the taste. It's mellow, which is nice, but not as refreshing as I was expecting.

I wouldn't compare it to an electric toothbrush and don't think anyone should. There is a major price difference between the two for a reason and no manual toothbrush could possibly compare. I just bought my first electric toothbrush and I finally understand why everyone raves about them. Still, I like having manual toothbrushes on hand for travel or visiting family and this will be my go-to brand!

This is the first electric toothbrush I've ever owned though I have tried my boyfriend's before. With a separate head of course! It is small, which I like because it's great for traveling. The entire brush vibrates where as some electric toothbrushes the head rotates. At first I was worried my teeth wouldn't be as clean but my teeth feel the same clean they do with my boyfriend's toothbrush. I went away for a weekend and forgot to bring it with me. My teeth felt like they had fuzz growing on them with the manual toothbrush. It drove me nuts all weekend. I'll never go without my electric toothbrush again. I think this is a great starter electric toothbrush for the price point. I do prefer the higher end one my boyfriend has but it's also a lot more expensive. -

Dove Deep Moisture Body Wash
This is the best body wash in terms of value and effectiveness. IT makes my skin so soft, smells great and is always a decent price. I have dry legs year round but if I use this my legs are less dry.

18-1910 Pembina Hwy 204-989-7100. This is the worst healthclub I've ever dealt with. They are dishonest and have a terrible reputation with the Better Business Bureau. They lie to you when you sign up and continue debiting your account long after you quit. I now have a mark on my credit because of them. I will never give these people my business again. I was a member there for years and 2 months before I was about to move out further west, I called head office to cancel my membership because they didn't have any locations where I was going. They told me I coulnd't quit - that I had to pay them a full year. I asked if I could transfer my membership to a friend (I had already paid 6 months in advance even though I was only a couple of months in so I wanted her to pay the next 6 months to use the remaining 10 months of the membership). They said I coulnd't do that even though I had SPECIFICALLY ASKED the sales staff before I renewed my membership. The only reason I renewed it for those couple of months is because I wanted to continue working out and didn't want to get out of shape. They said don't worry, you can cancel with 2 months notice or transfer to a friend. Well head office woulnd't honor any of that and literally told me that their sales staff are allowed to say whatever they want to get the sale. (WTF?) So even though I had used only 2 months of my membership (of which I had paid 6 months in advance), they took me to the creditors for the last 6 months. I have never dealt with such disreputable people in my life. Even the better business bureau told me they had a terrible reputation but I was screwed because of the fine print on the back of the contract that I didn't notice (they make you sign on the spot... no time to look it over first). Don't go here no matter what. Unless they will allow you to pay in cash and don't give them any personal information. -

My nails were so bad they had to be redone and in the end it still looked homemade. I felt like they booked me with the least experienced person on the team and I WAS THE BRIDE!! Also, like mamaluv mentioned, one of the staff is overly chatty to the point of awkward. Like, she wouldn't stop jabbering about her boyfriend and her life and I felt like to ruined my experience. I didn't feel relaxed at all. Other than that, its a cute enough place, but I wouldn't go here for a spa type experience. If they get rid of the chatterbox and make sure they have only qualified estheticians, i might consider going back. -

301 Vaughan Street 204.947.3044 I have been working out here for a long time and never had a bad experience. It's not shady like some other health clubs in winnipeg *cough* (Shapes!!) The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility itself is huge and has everything from squash to basketball to a huge running track and wide assortment of weights. I've never had problems here and recommend this to anyone who is serious about getting fit but doesn't want to worry about being screwed over. -
