I am terrible about flossing and I get in trouble with my dental hygienist at every cleaning. She gave me a sample of Soft Picks two cleanings ago and asked that I give them a try. They are soft, flexible tooth picks with a little brush on the end. You wiggle the pick between your teeth instead of floss to clean between your teeth and stimulate your gums. For some reason, I find this much easier and quicker to do than flossing and as a result I do it a lot more often. i keep some in my purse for times when I go out to eat and order the spinach salad. At my last cleaning my hygienist told me my gums are a lot healthier and there was much less plaque on my teeth. I noticed my cleaning took much less time and was also less uncomfortable. So, I guess they work! -

I love this mascara. I have naturally long lashes so I am always on the look out for a great thickening mascara. This one has a fantastic wand with bristles that go right over the top of it so you can use the end to get all of the little lashes in the inner corner of your eye. The product goes on smoothly with no clumping. It has great staying power and even though it isn't waterproof it doesn't run, even after a bike ride on a hot day. -

I have lots of grey hair that are very resistant to dye. Some home colours wash out of the greys after only three or four shampoos. My natural colour is med-dark brown and for this application I did 2 parts 4R (an auburn tone) with 1 part 6N (dark blonde) I used 20 volume developer and let the colour sit for 40 minutes. It gave me a nice deep auburn colour with full grey coverage that has lasted many weeks. The red tones have not washed out, nor was there bleeding of colour after my first shampoo. I highly recommend this product. -
