With aging, come the health challenges. And with adult ingredients, comes the busy schedule making self care all the more difficult. This is where health supplements come into play.
NOW's Omega 3 is molecular distilled making its absorption in the body easier. It helps with cardiovascular maintenance and cognitive function. Since I already have blood pressure and am on medication, I consulted my doctor before consuming these. I suggest you do the same.

Myoflex maximum concentration deep penetrating pain relief rub lives upto its claims. I had a muscle pull in my back during vacuuming and decided to use this instead of my regular topical ointment.
The feeling was cold followed by warmth of the rub. It provided relief in just one use, and I didnt have to apply it twice like I do otherwise with my regular one. The formulation is creamy, doesn't leave a residue or marks on your clothes and is fragrance free. So no lingering ointment smell on your fingertips either.

The coolmaker chime kit by spin master is a fantastic activity that brings out the creative best in your kid while also holding an element of craft and motor skills. The kit is complete with 2 ceramic deep plates, water coloring kit, a paint brush, 4 tines and a hanging rope.
My daughter loved assembling it and now hangs it in her room.
I am always happy with the innovation that spinmaster brings in when designing their toys.

I have been using the hand cream for 2 weeks now. What I love the most about the product is the consistency, it is not runny as seen in the pictures. It gets absorbed really quick giving you radiant, moisturized hands in no time. The product is not heavily fragrant either, making it less overpowering.
A little product will go a long way and one tube will last you atleast 2-3 months.

Growing up my daughter and niece have always been a huge fan of Paw Patrol and have had a lot of merchandise toys. This life-size plush, just took their collection to a new level.
It is light weight, extremely soft and a great size as seen in the images.

The pliers have no slip grip, are nickel plated and versatile enough to adjust to any size big and small making it an essential part of your toolkit. Instead of having several pliers in varied sizes, you are done for once with this one.

As a busy woman in her 40s, multivitamins are a non negotiable to my everyday routine. I was recently gifted Swiss Natural's Total One Multi Vitamin and Mineral by @thisisbutterly and this is my honest review in exchange of product.
The packaging is great, has 90 tablets that can last you for 3 months and the vitamins come in a tablet form as shown. The tablets contain cranberry. Folic and iron. There is no inherent flavor to it as such.
I have been consuming these for about a month now and can say that I do not feel any incontinence, constipation or feel bloated the next day as I did with other leading products.
I would recommend this product to everyone who is following a busy lifestyle and juggling work, kids and household. A woman needs to take care of herself inorder to take care of others!
