I love McCain's crinkle cut fries- when you fry them at home they taste like fries you would get at a restaurant (very yummy). If you like to eat fries that are on the softer side then pop them in the microwave, but if you like them on the crispier side, then either pop them in the oven or fry them. They taste really good and I don't know why but I find it more fun to eat the crinkled ones (they also remind me of the old McCain commercials). My sisters like to add a little bit of salt and black pepper (and sometimes tobasco) to their fries, but I like the way it tastes without adding anything else to it (with some ketchup and mayo on the side). -

I received this product for free for the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. As a chocoholic, I love it when a healthy snack (real fruits and nuts) is combined with chocolate (dark chocolate in this case). When I first heard of the cranberry with blackberry flavour combination, I thought I wouldn't like it, as cranberries tend to be sour/bitter. So I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it- it wasn't sour/bitter and I liked the flavour so much that it became my favourite out of all of the other flavours. It reminded me of something else I'd eaten when I was younger, but I couldn't put my finger on what. This fruit and nut bar has a lot of flavour compared to other fruit and nut bars that I have tried in the past. Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a healthy snack that tastes yummy. -

I received this product for free for the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I like the concept of combining a healthy snack (real fruits and nuts) with dark chocolate. The cherry with pomegranate flavour was unique for a fruit and nut bar. The flavour kind of reminded me of a fruit snack I've had before, but this was obviously much healthier because it is made from real fruits and nuts. This product has more flavour than other fruit and nut bars that I have tried in the past and I like that it is chewy and not too crunchy. Overall, I think this is a good product for anyone who is looking for a healthier yet still flavourful snack. -

I received this product for free for the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I like the concept of combining a healthy snack (real fruits and nuts) with dark chocolate. The blueberry with acai flavour is not my favourite out of all of the other flavours, but that just comes down to personal taste. You get a strong blueberry flavour, but the dark chocolate balances the flavour very nicely and the nuts add a nice crunchy texture to the fruit and chocolate. Compared to other fruit and nut bars that I have tried, I feel like this product had more flavour. Overall, this is a good product and if you love blueberries you will like this fruit and nut bar. -

I received this product for free for the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I love the idea of having a sponge with a handle so that the application isn't as messy as it can be with other sponges, however I don't feel like this product helped the application of my foundation (I used it both wet and dry). Not only did it absorb a lot of the foundation (so you have to use more foundation as a result), but it also took me longer to cover all of the areas because the sponge is kind of small. This sponge will probably be good for those who want a really light application of foundation, but not ideal for those like me who want more coverage. The reason why I'm giving it 4/5 stars is because I actually love this blender for my under-eye concealer! Due to its small size and pointy end, I was able to cover hard-to-reach areas around my eyes. I don't like a heavy application of my under-eye concealer so the sponge was perfect because it does absorb some of the product. I also used the sponge to put on my under-eye brightener/setting powder. I would recommend this product for your under-eye concealer/powder and hard-to-reach areas around your nose and eyes/brows. -

I received this product for free to review for the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I was pleasantly surprised by the coverage of this foundation as it covered up my blemishes beautifully. The foundation did have a matte finish, however, I found it to be a little drying even though it is advertised to have lasting hydration (the product clung on to the dry patches on my skin). Surprisingly enough, what I really liked about this foundation is the colour. I have a medium skin tone (NC 30-35) and I usually have a really hard time finding a foundation that fits me (especially in drugstores). The colour I received is 60 Sandy Beige and it has just the right amount of yellow in it for my skin tone. I will definitely purchase this foundation again because the colour is perfect for me, but I will be mixing it with one of my other foundations so that I get the right texture (where it's not too matte and drying). I would recommend this to anyone who wants a matte finish and does not have overly dry skin. -

I love this dry shampoo- it makes your hair smell good and look fresh again on the second/third day after washing. My hair gets oily very quickly and Batiste dry shampoo really helps my hair look less greasy. I have tried many dry shampoos and while most of them add volume, they don't always get rid of the grease, which is why I love this product! This scent is one of my faves! -

I have a medium skin tone and this bronzer works really well for me- it's not too warm (orange) and it's not too brown. -
