I'll admit I'm not the biggest fan of self tanner as I often find them high maintenance and finicky. This one is different however; I find it much more of a tinted moisturizer than a true self-tanner. It has a smooth texture and feels quite moisturizing on my skin; the scent is not one of a typical self tanner either - it's kind of a soapy fragrance but pleasant.
I can be quite fair so I didn't find this did too much on my legs and arms that already have some colour on them; the rest of me doesn't have much colour and it gave my skin a nice glow and a little bit of colour. If you're anything but of a fair to fair-medium complexion I don't think this would do much to your skin.
I did exfoliate prior to using this and didn't experience much for streaks or patchiness which was nice. I noticed it start wearing off around the 5 day mark which is typical for products like these.
Overall this is a nice product to have on hand and I'd definitely consider purchasing it again. Please note I received this product free from Chickadvisor in exchange for a review.

I received this product free from Chickadvisor for review purposes; I'm always looking for the next great shampoo to help volumize and lift my fine hair so I was excited to give this a try. I've used this shampoo and conditioner twice since I received it from ChickAdvisor and so far I have to say I'm impressed. First of all, the scent is really pleasant (coconut + floral) and the one thing I absolutely love about it is the fact that it lingers in my hair. It's subtle and not perfumey or overpowering. I found the conditioner not to be too thick nor too thin - it was just the right amount to work through my hair without it feeling heavy and mask-like. I didn't experience any excess tangles and while I wouldn't say my hair felt super moisturized or overally soft - it just felt normal and healthy. Overall I'm pleased with the conditioner and the shampoo and feel they work well together. -

I received this product free from Chickadvisor for review purposes; I'm always looking for the next great shampoo to help volumize and lift my fine hair so I was excited to give this a try. I've used this shampoo and conditioner twice since I received it from ChickAdvisor and so far I have to say I'm impressed. The shampoo cleaned my hair well and I actually did notice a slight difference in the volume at my roots compared to my non-volumizing shampoo. I really appreciated that it didn't tangle my hair, make it feel weighed down/heavy or make it feel or look oily - I could actually go 3 full days without shampooing it (combined with dry shampoo of course) before I felt the need to wash it. Overall, I'm quite happy with this! -

I received this product for free from Chickadvisor; I'm pretty loyal to my OGX Coconut Miracle Oil body wash but I was happy to give this one a try to see how it compares. First of all, it smells really nice - coconuty with a slight hint of floral. It's sweet and very tropical. This lathers up nicely and left my skin feeling soft and clean. If I'm comparing it to my holy grail OGX which is a thick, creamy body wash, this is more gel-like and produces a thinner lather, and as a result, it doesn't moisturize my skin as well. Overall though, I think it's a good solid body wash and it's definitely one I'd consider purchasing on my own. -

I had seen this product in my local drugstores and was curious about it so I was pretty happy to receive it for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for a review. First up - it smells amazing. It's a perfect mix of fruity and floral and it's perfect for those early mornings when you need a little help getting your day started. The body wash itself is thick, creamy and lathers up nicely. Afterwards, I find the scent lingers for a while on my skin which is something I always appreciate in a body wash. In addition, my skin feels clean, soft and smooth and not at all dry. I really think this is a great addition to the drugstore's body wash aisle and I look forward to trying their other scents! -

I've tried many dry shampoos over the years but nothing has ever come close to Batiste. My hair is so fine that I have no choice but to use dry shampoo to keep it looking fresh and clean on days when I shampoo and this does the job so well. It absorbs any excess oil and instantly volumizes my roots. The aerosol spray is so convenient and so much easier than dealing with loose powders (something I've done before and did not enjoy). In addition I love that they now have a wide range of scents available here in Canada, with Cherry being my favourite. I always have a can on hand, in addition to several backups stashed in my beauty stash because I just can't be without it. I received this product from ChickAdvisor for review purposes but I've been using this product for years on my own and I don't expect that to change. -

I received the La Roche-Posay Ultra Micellar Water from Chickadvisor for review purposes. Having tried several micellar waters on the market I was excited to give this a try, especially since I suffer from sensitive skin. I think this works well to remove makeup and leave my skin refreshed and clean.. It definitely doesn't leave my skin feeling tight as it claimed which I appreciate. I'm not sure about the anti-redness claim - I didn't really feel like it did that but it didn't make my skin any more red, which is good. I really like the fact that this is fragrance, colour, alcohol and paraben free. Overall, I could see myself purchasing this on my own! -

I received this product for review purposes via Chickadvisor, along with 2 other Vichy skincare products. Out of the three I received, this product was my favourite and I felt, the most effective At the time I received the products, I was experiencing a lot of nasty breakouts, which I contribute to various skincare I was using at that time. I have very sensitive skin so lots of products can cause acne, irritation and redness of my skin. I started using the trio of Vichy products and within a week I was seeing a huge difference. I was seeing less breakouts and my skin starting to heal. So thank you Vichy.
I apply this product twice a day after the Pore Minimizing Lotion; it feels moisturizing but not greasy. It tingles a bit when I apply it but to me that just means that the active ingredients (which include salicytic acid) are working. It doesn't take long to soak into my skin, which I really appreciate, particularly in the morning when I'm applying foundation. After it soaks in, my skin feels exceptionally soft, supple and moisturized. And the best part is, I see results. My skin hasn't looked this great in months - I'm experiencing less breakouts and scars from previous breakouts are healing. So in love with this product!

I received this product from Chickadvisor for review purposes. I've been using this, along with 2 other Vichy products in conjunction for the last month or so and I've been impressed. I previously didn't use a toner as part of my normal skincare routine but I see the benefit of doing so now. I use this after I wash my face and I like how refreshed my skin feels after applying it. I feel like it slightly tightens and reduces the look of my pores but I'm not sure its enough to see any noticeable difference. I feel like I've seen more results with the facial wash and moisturizing lotion that I received but I think I will probably repurchase this because all 3 work so well together. -
