It's covered in whip cream there's the perfect amount of coconut in every bite. My only suggestion is buy 2. They will be eaten or in my family's case devoured. I didn't attempt to add it to any other juices. I found what works for me so I didn't want to mess it up. It actually does help you get that bit of pep in your step. I think everyone needs to really give this a try. I hope it works for you too. -
