've never felt more welcome walking into a gym. Well, actually before walking in. I first contacted Curves Queens Park on the phone, to get some details about what they offer. I spoke to Tammy and she was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and asking me about my fitness challenges. She then suggested I come in and check out the gym & get a free no obligation personal training session, to see how I'd like their circut training system.

When I went in for my workout I met Stephanie, who was my personal trainer. I am familiar with weight training, but what I liked about Curves, was the structure. You work every muscle group in sequence, and everything is timed so you don't waste time not knowing what to do next.

You are in & out in 30mins, and essentially have a personal training, or small group session at your disposal. Something you can't get at other gyms with paying an arm and a leg.
