I got a chance to test this product for free. They are daily pills to take to help reduce your cholesterol. It was easy to incorporate taking these pills daily as I took them at the same time I took my daily prescription pills. So easy to swallow, no awful smell or aftertaste. I like the idea that they are a natural alternative with no artificial flavours or colors, no preservatives, dairy, gluten, wheat or yeast. They are easily found at major stores. I'm actually looking forward to my next health checkup to see how my cholesterol is doing. -
