Rumble Supershakes are healthy meal replacement shakes. unlike many meal replacement drinks and bars with little tangible health benefits, Rumble shakes have an impressive ingredient list and healthy option. They have (taken from their website) 250 calories, 20 grams of protein, Omega 3's, 8 grams of fibre, calcium and 3 servings of fruits and veggies. There are 3 flavours, Dutch Cocoa, Maple Vanilla and my favourite, Coffee Bean.
These are best super cold and I like to drink mine first thing in the morning. I end up feeling full even throughout my workout until about 12pm. I also tend to feel more energized and alert throughout the day.
Highly recommended, these shakes have become an important part of my day!

I have been eating these cakes since I was a little kids and still love them. Out of all of the flavours I have tried, the chocolate is definitely my favourite and I will continue to buy them.The cakes are super soft and the icing has the perfect amount of sweetness.
I love to eat these cakes straight out of the freezer with a cold glass of milk, perfect for a weeknight when you don't feel like baking, but want a sweet treat!

I received this product for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest opinion. These bars are a really good size and did end up keeping me full for a few hours, even through exercise. Personally, I found the bars a little too sweet and probably wouldn't purchase them again. I tend to prefer meal replacement shakes as well so this could be another reason why I didn't fully enjoy them.
These are a decent option for someone who is looking for a meal replacement bar and likes chocolate. I did hear that they are quite expensive to purchase so there may be cheaper alternatives available as well.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. The product comes in a plastic capsule and is a dark brown liquid. I found the capsule kind of messy as well, when i tried to pour it in to my water it dribbled all over. I tried drinking it in plain water at first and it just takes like really concentrated vitamins, definitely not a good flavour. It is better in juice and I found it tolerable. In terms of energy, I'm not really sure if it made any difference. I'm not usually a coffee or tea drinker so I expected to see fairly strong results, but I really didn't feel much different after drinking it, or throughout the day. I probably wouldn't recommend this product. -

I'm not a big fan of this product personally and I didn't feel like it helped my cold sores at all. It didn't stick very well to my lips and kept falling off so I had to use so many. For anyone who suffers from cold sores, I know this sounds crazy but my best tip is to put a little Pepto Bismol directly onto the cold sore overnight and it will help to dry your cold sore up. In the morning, I wash it off with warm water and it looks way better and heals it really fast! -

In my opinion the original Beauty Blender is the perfect tool for anyone who has problems with makeup going to cake or thick. This allows me to use half the amount of foundation and it looks absolutely flawless. I don't find it hard to keep clean at all, I gently wash it with any gentle bar of soap (works just as well as the Beauty Blender branded cleanser!) and it comes out perfectly. Always make sure to let it dry in a cool, dry place in between uses and wash it often to avoid mold. -
