As a first-time mom living in Canada, I quickly learned how important it is to make sure my baby gets enough vitamin D, especially with our long winters and limited sun exposure. That’s why I trusted PediaVit Vitamin D3 Drops from the very beginning.
Each drop provides 400 IU of vitamin D3, which is the daily amount recommended by Health Canada for breastfed infants. It supports healthy bone and teeth development and helps with the absorption of calcium and phosphorus—both essential for growing babies.
What I really appreciate about PediaVit is how simple it is to use. The easy-to-use gravity bottle makes it quick to give the right amount without any mess or measuring.
The ingredients are clean and minimal. It contains:
• Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)
• Organic extra virgin olive oil
• Natural tocopherols (Vitamin E)
Plus, it’s free from gluten, wheat, yeast, corn, sugar, sweeteners, lactose, milk, artificial flavors, and preservatives.

From the moment I saw the packaging, I was hooked. The bottle and overall presentation scream luxury—I honestly couldn’t get enough of it!
The texture of the lotion is so smooth and absorbs beautifully into the skin. It didn’t feel greasy at all, which is surprising considering the powerhouse blend of oils it contains—cloudberry seed, kumkumadi, and cacay seed oils. These are amazing ingredients to find in a body lotion, and on top of that, it also includes white truffle extract!
Not only did it leave my skin glowing for hours, but it also helps boost collagen production (thanks to that white truffle extract!). And let’s talk about the scent—it’s unlike any floral I’ve tried. It leaves a lingering fragrance with soft woody notes that literally filled every room I walked into.
I’ll definitely be back for more. Ciiku truly blew me away with this product, and I want all of you to give them a try too! Oh—and did I mention they’re a Black-owned Canadian company? I’m here for all of it!

Tried Hatch Cold Brew for the first time and I was seriously impressed. The packaging is eye-catching and modern — definitely stands out on the shelf. When I opened it, there was a bit of a burst, so heads up if you’re in a rush!
Flavor-wise, it’s bold, smooth, and strong. The chocolaty note is subtle, not overpowering, which I liked. It’s also very concentrated — I actually split one can into two servings and still felt energized. I tried it both black and with creamer, and personally preferred it with creamer since it’s unsweetened.
As a busy mom, this felt like a moment just for me. Would absolutely recommend, especially if you love a clean, no-frills cold brew with a serious caffeine kick.

I recently received the OGX Bonding Plex Pre-Shampoo Treatment from Butterly and OGX in exchange for my honest review — and here’s what I thought:
First off, the packaging is sleek and easy to use. The product itself has a creamy consistency, which felt great in my hands and even better on my hair. I was pleasantly surprised by how it performed! After using it, my hair felt incredibly soft, light, and more manageable. It also had a noticeable shine that lasted even after three days.
One thing to note is that, although it’s called a “pre-shampoo,” it doesn’t lather like a regular shampoo — which makes sense, but caught me off guard at first. It did, however, make detangling so much easier before shampooing. Normally, I’d only detangle during the conditioning step, but this product helped me do it beforehand, leaving my hair tangle-free and prepped for the rest of wash day.
As for frizz, I haven’t seen a major difference yet, but I believe it’s one of those things that improves with consistent use. My hair does feel stronger, especially at the roots where I’ve been noticing some thinning, so I’m hopeful about the long-term benefits.
Overall, I’d say this product is 4C hair-approved, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to strengthen their hair and simplify wash day. It’s a great first step in a solid haircare routine — and I’m excited to keep using it.
