My 5 year old recently got into making her own toy reviews, and we were pleased to be selected to review this one. She’s been doing toys catered to girls, and this was a great change up. From start to finish, she was in charge of opening up the courier box, and the toy itself (with little help from mom). The track is straight forward, and easy to put together. She found it difficult to pull back the orange part where the spring would be attached. I too found it difficult, I had to use real strength and both my hands to pull back at times. The sound of the release is kinda loud, and the thrill you get from it is short. She said she got bored of it less than half an hour in, and even with a friend playing along, the fun had died down for us after a few go’s at it. She gave it a thumbs down for long term play, and a thumbs up for “something you can play with for 10 minutes, then give it to someone else” -
