I got this product for free in the mail and was not familiar about AOR Resveratrol so i looked it up online and realized it is a potent antioxidant with promising benefits. It appears to be high quality and Canadian made product. The capsule size is not too big or small, easy to swallow. There is this distinct herby smell but not overpowering so i don't really taste it when i take it. It was also advised to take 1 capsule a day with meals probably because it might cause gastric upset but so far for me, i haven't experienced any stomach related side effects, making it easier for me to take it everyday.

I have chronic lower back and shoulder pain from work (healthcare worker providing direct patient care) and has tried several methods for pain relief. So i am not sure if i am a good candidate to try Myoflex because i probably built some tolerance against pain meds/medicated pain rub. Anyway here's what i find about Myoflex: odor free--check. If you prefer it then this is perfect, not even a hint of oil smell from it. Non- greasy? Yes, to the area of application, it is well absorbed after a while. But the palm of my hand could still feel some of the grease but not as bad as the prescription cream that I have tried. I find gel based more readily absorbable. Pain relief? I say it is probably better suited to acute pains and aches than chronic pain. I applied it to my achy and stiff shoulder and i felt very minimal difference. I am not sure if it somehow has an effect to the inflammation that i cannot see or feel given it's anti inflammatory ingredient, but my pain stayed just the same. I feel that it could have better effect if it has some menthol in it for temporary pain relief. Overall, it has potential, and a better option for people who has allergy with odour/fragrances. -

I have never used activated charcoal for my abdominal discomfort before so this is a new experience for me. I have always used digestive enzymes from swiss natural to prevent indigestion due to red meat which is common for me. Worried at first if it has any side effects but it did not give me any side effects. Plus the best thing is, it is effective in neutralizing fould smelling gas then eventually treats the bloating and being gassy. It somehow helped with the cramping/discomfort associated with gas. I think it is a very handy medication to have at home. Fun fact, it is a first aid treatment for tylenol overdose.

This women's vitamin included cranberry, which helps with uti prevention. I am so used to having iron and folate but that is definitely a plus. Size is the usual multivitamin tablet, brown in color. Swallowing was easy. I did not really taste much from it but i also took it with milk 😋. I tried taking it without meals to see if it will cause nausea and vomiting just like the leading brand does to me but it did not. And i looked online regarding the price and it is pretty decent, affordable price for a quality brand like this. Overall i will definitely buy this again.

Panoxyl Acne Wash is my new go to pimple wash. Product is fragrance free, has low suds when applied to face, and doesn't leave grease behind when rinsed, but still leaving the skin somewhat hydrated, soft and smooth. I get stubborn acne on my shoulders really bad and it helped shorten healing time in my experience. Overall, my new go to face, shoulder and back pimple wash.

I love this blue lizard sunscreen! It is the first time i tried this brand and it is beyond what i expected. The spray makes it so easy to apply even in hard to reach area such as the back and it feels light on the skin and not sticky at all. It is also scent free and the fact that it is spf 50 gives me the confidence to flaunt my tattoos under the sun (the main reason why i use sunscreen lol). I got this for free from butterly in exchange of my honest review. I have been using Swiss natural products in the past 7 years and i especially love their digestive enzymes and energy solutions. The quality of their products are really good and Canadian made as well. However, i am unable to rate the product 5 stars due to the sources of plant sterols. It is from soybean, canola, sunflower snd corn oil. I was expecting avocado oil, olive, flaxseed or coconut oil as sources. Also, i am not sure if the diarrhea and headache i get is from this Plant sterol supplement but i did have some oily stools whenever i take it. It makes me think that i am probably unable to digest or absorb this supplement. But overall, it looks like a good quality product. -

This panOxyl body spray is the coolest thing invented everrrrr!!! I don't get a lot of acne on my face but my back and shoulders are where my acne shows up all the time! My back is actually full of scars and i really can't reach or see it well to treat them. So this panOxyl body spray could deliver acne treatment on hard to reach areas!!! I am so over the moon that this thing is invented! I am hoping that regular use will eradicate my back acne and hoping for a smooth back and shoulders from here on out! Spray nozzle is a bit hard to start though it was a bit tight there at the beginning. But the spray itself is super lightweight, not sticky, not greasy, and dries easily. Applied it right after shower and all done! So quick and easy! It is also scent free but make sure you have adequate ventilation since it is an aerosol, there is still risk that it will irritate your airways in a closed and tight space. Overall, a must have!

I have been using DAP products eversince i became a homeowner in 2021 and have done a fair share of DIY projects especially the walls! We bought this house for a lower price due to battered doors and toilets, but the worst was the walls . You wont believe how much holes i have patched in this house so i became well versed with it lol. Anyway i have used this kind of product before and i love that this looks so yummy, but at the same time it changes color and indicates when it is ready for sanding and painting. It is ideal for minor patching up and quick touch ups to keep your wall pristine looking. Especially with kids and pets around, it is really hard to keep everything perfect all the time. The only complaint i have is the spatula. I would use my own metal spatula since it slightly bends the way i want it too, but i was able to use it and still serve its purpose. It just makes me use up more of the product which is a waste in repairing a tiny spot. All in all i love it and will definitely buy this again in the summer for my basement and garage projects!

Got this band-aid for free via Butterly in exchange for my honest review. This band aid stays on well overnight and even when it gets wet. Protects the wound better that way coz the number one problem i encounter with band aids are coming off in my sleep. I really loved it and i am saving it for the minor surgery/implant my spouse is getting coz it will perfectly cover her incision with this one. The hydrogel component will keep the wound from excessive wetness or dryness as well. Will buy again in the future. I hope they will make different sizes as well! -
