Our go to for family meals is always a basic cheddar and macaroni/pasta dish. I was reluctant to try a white cheddar with my family as change doesn’t always go over well. Needless to say they actually enjoyed it! It may not be my go to for a pasta dish but it’s a nice option for a change every once in a while. Great taste! Not too overwhelming! -
