I love that this mouth wash is alcohol free and is gentle on the gums (no stinging) and has a pleasant fresh taste while you are swishing it round your mouth and gums. A well know brand that I trust and use many times. Mouth feels it’s had a deep clean and fresh with no unpleasant taste or odour. 10/10! -

I highly recommend using or purchasing black opium you will be addicted and I know it will be become a firm favourite! -

Nutella Hazelnut Spread
We live to use Nutella for our baking, on toast and dipping our crackers/fruit and breadsticks. Basically, anyway you eat this popular spread it’s delicious! Oh and I like a blob of it my porridge too :) highly versatile and addictive I must say!
