The Maybelline Fit Me foundation is a product that I always keep in my beauty bag, and use nearly daily. Unfortunately, I have an uncommon skin tone - a mix of peaches, pinks, and yellows that are difficult to match with foundation - but I find that using the second lightest shade suits me when blended well. I combine this foundation with a primer, concealer, and setting powder for best results, and end up with a flawless finish that lasts all day long. I found that when using the Fit Me Matte and Pore-less edition, I achieved even better results.

♡ Can "taste" thick, so use conservatively (not much needed which means more cups per container!)

Definitely worth purchasing for any coffee lover who stirs in a little cream!

Was there permanent marker on this wall to begin with, or am I losing my marbles? These are a favourite at home, and as hotel housekeeper, at work as well!
♡ Defies physics with it's magical erasing power (alright - in all seriousness, it simply can get anything out of or off of anything else!)

I typically adore Maybelline products - though when it comes to lashes, I'm a Cover Girl! The Mega Plush Volum' Express serum is average. It's dark, creamy, and thick enough to give you a lush set of lashes... if you can apply it with the flimsy wand. See that little rivet there on the wand? It's extremely delicate, and causes what is already an activity that risks eye poking even more risky! Not to mention, causes you to apply the dreaded 'mascara shadow' on your upper lid! (And lower, if you use a thick mascara on your lower lashes!)
♡ Serum is average, though flakes with extended wear
♡ Wand applicator is flimsy, causing messes and instability while applying
♡ Would be best used with wand from another mascara
For these reasons, I would say it's a purchase to skip. The key to a good mascara is all in the applicator, so why spend your money on one that requires the wand of another?

I have been using this mascara for nearly eight years! It is not my number one choice, but I am pretty biased and loyal to Cover Girl mascaras overall. You simply can't beat the price for the quality that you receive here. There is also a 'waterproof' edition of the LashBlast Volume, which is equally as wonderful.
♡ Maxes your lashes, though it has a tendency to clump.
♡ Good colour range, though most apply quite dark.
♡ Does flake with extended wear.
A great value product, and definitely worth tossing in the beauty bag - even as a second to your main mascara.
