My roots and natural hair colour are near black, and dry shampoo has always made them look dusty or dirty. Now I can do a quick refresh in the morning and not worry about looking like I just came from baking up a a storm. The only issue is that, once it’s on you can’t touch your hair or fluff it throughout the day as the brown colourant ends up one your fingers and under your nails. -

It’s far too sweet and has a play dough like consistency. The chocolate outside has a weird flavourless plastic feeling in your mouth and the it doesn’t have much flavour other than sugary vanilla. Definitely had better homemade options.

Ion color resistance permanent hair color
Started using Ion about 5 years ago. It’s the only hair dye I use now. No issues with it being splotchy or patchy, great colour payoff, and the colour stays longer in my hair than any other brand I’ve tried. Keeps my hair shiny too!
