I received my free sample through Chick Advisor of the TRESemme Smooth Compressed Micro Mist Hair Spray Hold Level 2. I used it to help tame the static and to help smooth out my hair style when putting my hair up. It worked well and did not feel stiff. It was still soft and touchable with a light hold but enough to keep my hair in place. I would definitely buy this product in the future. It smells nice and is good quality. -

I tried the cookies and cream Breyers delight and I'll tell you one thing, it didn't last long! It had the same great taste with way less calories than full fat ice cream. You can eat the whole carton and not feel bad about it after. This will definitely be something I am going to continue buying. The cookies and cream would be my preference but I think they need a few more creative flavors too!! Like cookie dough. Overall I absolutely enjoyed trying this product and telling my friends and family about it. -

Their website has a lot of good recipes on there. It was pretty rich in taste but very delicious chocolatey flavor. Lots of protein. Would definitely but these again and recommend to friends. -

I really love the convenience of power bars. When I was in a rush and needed something to tide me over until my next meal or give me the energy I needed for my day these were a great option. I absolutely loved the peanut butter chocolate flavour. So delicious! These are great for after a work out or if you have an early morning work out and need something to get you going you could eat all or half of this bar and it is quick and easy. I will definitely be picking up some more of these. Very good and low in cals and sugar! -

I felt like my skin was hydrated and loved that I didn't have to use a pouf (as nice as they are I sometimes feel like they are filled with germs). It is lightweight and lathers quite nicely. I would recommend this to a friend. -
