I've tried so many oils in the past but hated that they were sticky and oily. Q10BodyOil is light and blends into the skin easily. It doesn't have an oily feel to it at all. Leaves the skin smooth. I'm not sure yet if it firms as I need to test it for longer, but so far I like it a lot. -

I did not know PowerBar was offering reduced sugar protein bars so I was excited when ChickAdvisor sent me a sample. I'm always looking for high protein, low sugar snacks. I have tried PowerBar before and loved it but stopped consuming it because of the high sugar, so I was excited to see that this new bar from PowerBar only has 2g of sugar (although it has sucralose) and 20 g of protein. I would not have normally bought Lemon ooppyseed but it actually tastes like dessert #gotitforfree. -

I am a huge fan but of a high protein diet so I'm always looking for high protein, low sugar snacks. I have tried PowerBar before and loved it but stopped consuming it because of the high sugar, so I was excited to see that this new bar from PowerBar only has 2g of sugar (although it has sucralose) and 20 g of protein. Best of all it takes absolutely delicious so I can actually substitute my chocolate cravings for this which is so much healthier. Thank you chickadvisor #gotitforfree. -

It definitely smells nice when you first apply it and I love that it is all natural (no aluminium). As it is not an anti-prepresant it doesn't do anything to stop sweating and does little to disguise the smell of sweat as the day goes by.
