I liked how it went on and it wasn’t great but I have a hard time believing that this would have a greater effect on me and my muscles. I will have to keep trying it!

I like these because they lack that typical fishy smell and aren’t hard to eat. I like how they also work for both adults and children as my daughter would eventually be able to have these as well.
