Tried this for one month but I feel a ninety day supply would perhaps yield a better feel for whether the product does actually relieve symptoms for the long haul. I feel my mood is a bit better and feeling a little more relaxed at bed time but I haven’t seen a big enough difference at this time in better sleep or reduced night sweats fl say wether it really works enough to buy it.
