I have been using this eye cream for quite some time now and I can always count on it to de-puff my eyes after a night where I haven't gotten much sleep. The packaging it appealing and it is a great bang for your buck. You only need a pea sized amount on each under-eye. The only thing stopping it from being 5 stars is that it is a little oily/greasy looking when applied.    -
