I’ve been using NOW Ultra Omega-3 and overall I like the quality and how it makes me feel. It’s a solid Canadian-packaged omega-3 that doesn’t have a fishy aftertaste nor cause stomach discomfort like some others I’ve tried.
The only real downside for me is the size of the softgels. They’re HUGE and I personally have trouble swallowing them, so I usually prefer “mini” omega-3s when I can find them.

AWAKE Caffeinated Chocolate is absolutely delicious! It has a delicious, smooth, rich, milk chocolate flavour. The packaging is adorable too: each piece of chocolate is individually-wrapped and has a cute little owl illustration on it.
I can see myself bringing this while traveling for a quick pick me up. I’m already curious to try the Peanut Butter flavour and the Mint Dark Chocolate flavour next!

I’ve used this cream a few times now, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. It goes on smoothly, absorbs quickly, and has a slight cooling sensation. It helps take the edge off minor muscle and joint pain. It’s not a miracle fix, but it does provide noticeable, short-term relief. While it’s marketed as odour-free, there is a very, VERY light scent coming from the ingredients themselves. I actually find it pleasant, kind of like arnica. -

L’Occitane Shea Nail & Cuticle Oil's 30% shea oil makes it richer than most, and it noticeably softens dry, hardened cuticles with consistent use. The brush applicator is precise and easy, though the formula is quite oily and takes time to absorb.
My main issue is the scent — it’s strong and reminds me of diaper rash cream like Sudocrem or Desitin. If L'Occitane changed the scent, I'd be more than happy to give this product another try!

PanOxyl PM Balancing Repair Moisturizer has a lightweight texture and makes my skin look and feel smooth and matte the next morning. I was nervous to try this at first because it contains niacinamide, which sometimes breaks me out. But I haven't had any new breakouts so far.
The moisturizer has a strange scent that I can't quite put my finger on, but I can look past it and continue using it. Unfortunately it's not very moisturizing, so it may not work for you if you have super dry or dehydrated skin. Probably best to use this moisturizer during the summer months.

I like the creamy texture of this acne cleanser, and that it doesn't strip my skin or cause sensitivities. The downside is that it smells like chlorine, and bleaches my towels and pillow cases no matter how careful I am. I've used benzoyl peroxide in the past and knew about the bleaching effects, so I use white towels to dry my face and hands when I'm using this cleanser. But I still somehow manage to get minor bleach spots on my nice grey hand towels, and grey pillow cases. For this reason, it's so much easier to stick with other acne cleansers that don't contain fabric-bleaching ingredients.

I've been using PanOxyl Balancing Renewal Moisturizer for a few weeks after cleansing my skin before bed, and so far so good! The consistency is light, and I don't notice a particular scent. My skin looks and feels smooth and matte the next morning. I was nervous to try this at first because it contains niacinamide, which sometimes breaks me out. But I haven't had any new breakouts so far. Might not be moisturizing enough for winter use, but it's just right during spring and summer months.

I'm in my 40s, I have combination skin, and am currently dealing with hormonal acne breakouts. Salicylic acid is not effective in getting rid of my hormonal acne (if it was, I wouldn't still have acne at my age!). However, I like to use PanOxyl Clarifying Exfoliant to keep the rest of my pores clean and clear, and to help minimize the inflammation of the hormonal cysts on my jawline and lower chin. This exfoliant is mild, does not break me out, is not drying, and is unscented. Many anti-acne products have a strong alcohol or menthol scent, so it's nice to find an exfoliant that doesn't smell!

It did not perform nearly as well as other inexpensive drugstore mascaras in my collection: it barely deposited any mascara onto my lashes. I was pleasantly surprised by the shape and size of these PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening patches! Patches from other brands tend to be very small, but these were able to target multiple breakouts at once. They helped decrease the inflammation of my pimples, but I can’t comment on their brightening effect, as I did not use them long enough to notice a difference in skintone.
