I have been attending Live Once for several years now and have come to think of the studio as a home away from home. The facility is always clean and there is a variety of equipment to use in each class. The fitness classes are very challenging and are always different so your body doesn't get used to any particular workout. There is a variety of classes and times to choose from so you can vary your workouts and not get bored. There are two types of pole dance classes to choose from. You can take classes that will teach you a routine which is always fun and there are classes that only teach you the spins and moves. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and encourage you at your own pace. I love all of the classes and have seen amazing results!!! I would say this is the best studio in town. Give it a try and you'll become addicted!!!!    -
