We really like Kraft dinner in our house. It's a reasonably priced staple food and has great texture and taste it is so simple to make that a kid could do it. Of course if I want to have some real macaroni and cheese I'll make it from scratch with my own homamade noodles and real bar cheese but if you just don't have the time craft inner is excellent or you can always add bar cheese to give it that homemade stringy cheese feel -

This stuff is the Ferrari of chocolate spreads and is a major staple food in our house. It's a little expensive but then again the best things in life are. -
