Absolutely love this cheese, so versatile, great on crackers. Love it on a bagel when not counting the calories. Makes a great alternative to a sauce on a steak. Add it to a tomato based pasta sauce to make it so rich a delicious.

Always a winner in my home, so delicious especially as an after dinner treat. So many other ways to use these, decorating cakes, adding to ice cream or just satin front of the TV. Love love love these.
