I was really excited to try this because of the ingredients but it’s almost bitter in taste. It’s not as sweet as I expected it to be which was disappointing but I guess it makes sense to make it healthy. Just wasn’t for me!

I received this product for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review.
I’m a night owl and hate using the standard room lights at night because they give me a migraine. This light is perfect because it gives me the right amount of light in a concentrated area so I’m able to focus on my work and it’s not that standard yellow light that can keep me up for hours after I’m ready to go to sleep. It took a minute to figure out how to install it because I use 2 monitors but once I figured it out, it’s the only light I use at night when I’m studying or working.
Would def recommend this!
