I've tried a lot of pimple patches, and PanOxyl is hands down the most effective in taking down pesky zits. The patches are thicker than typical patches and jack full of hydrocolloids. I prefer to wear them when i'm lounging or before bed to wake up...   +

I've tried a lot of pimple patches, and PanOxyl is hands down the most effective in taking down pesky zits. The patches are thicker than typical patches and jack full of hydrocolloids. I prefer to wear them when i'm lounging or before bed to wake up with flatter, less inflamed pimples. This pack has great variety too with 20 small patches and 20 large ones. No pimple is too big and no patch is too small :)
