At first, it will look like all the mascara was removed but when I wash my face, I can still see smudge on my undereye and I havr to use it 2nd time around to completely remove the mascara. -

I have very dark undereye and been trying to find an eye cream that works. This was recommended by the saleslady from the store and honestly, I think it didn't do anything. The jar is almost empty now and didnt see any difference.
