So I recommend this to anyone who is trying to quit smoking it is simple to use and does not leave any nasty after taste. The nice thing is if u crave while on the job or shopping ur can use without worrying about harming others with 2nd hand smoke. It's small enough to fit In ur pants pocket a purse or jacket . I give this item a 10 out 10 . -

Now what I'm about to say may be TMI but I'm reviewing a product so here goes . Before taking these I may of pooped maybe. 3 days outta 7 and after taking theses for 2 to 3 weeks now I pooped Daily which Makes me feel great better then before. So if ur looking Into trying this product I would 100 % recommend this not just because it taste amazing but the truly do work . -
