I have been taking for about a week, so may be a little early to tell a difference. They do taste pretty good- so a lot easier than taking a shot of acv. I do notice a slight reduction in appetite and in digestion. I am adjusting what I eat next week so may notice an even bigger difference once I do that or once I have been taken longer. I bought mine at Target for $20, can get them a little cheaper on Amazon but looks like it takes about a week or so to get them. -

I have found that some dry shampoos leave my air feeling gross and look even more oily than before. This does not do that- it freshens up my hair and even helps hold hairstyles and curls. If you do have darker hair you will need to kind of rub out the whitish look at times when you spray in your hair. I have tried other brands and always end up coming back to this one. -

I recently used at my sisters house while I was in town, came back and bought some for home. Get a good amount for your money. I would clean my face with other cleaners and then use toner and see makeup still being wiped off onto the cotton pad. I have not seen that happen with Cera Ve! It takes a little more to get my mascara off so I will usually grab the moisturizer from Cera Ve and will get any remaining mascara residue off. Neither burns my eyes either. -
