I appreciate that it comes in convenient single-dose sachets—perfect for on-the-go use. The taste is mild, and while the texture takes a moment to get used to, it’s worth it for the comfort it provides.
I followed the instructions to sip slowly and avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes, and I found it made a difference.
It’s great to have a natural, clinically proven option for acid reflux relief.

I had a great time experimenting with this product, making four different versions: regular, teriyaki, honey garlic, and soy sauce. I wanted to see how versatile it was, and it definitely delivered! The texture was surprisingly spot-on—chewy, satisfying, and nothing like I expected from a fully vegan option. It really holds up in different sauces, which makes it easy to customize for different tastes.
What I love most is how clean the ingredients are—zero cholesterol, no trans fats, rich in fibre, and completely free from soy, gluten, sugar, and sulphites. It’s a solid option for anyone with dietary restrictions or just looking for a wholesome plant-based choice.
That said, I did find it had a bit of a spicy kick on its own, which might not be for everyone. But once mixed into sauces, the heat balanced out beautifully. It’s quick to prepare, great for a weeknight meal.

After a month of consistent use, I noticed a slight improvement in my mood and sleep. The passionflower seems to help ease the edge of nervousness, and while my sleep isn't perfect, I wake up feeling more rested than before. The red clover claims to reduce hot flashes and night sweats, but I can't say I've seen a major change yet. That said, I feel optimistic that continued use might show more significant results over time. What stands out about Promensil is its natural and hormone-free approach. Knowing that the product is plant-based and gentle on the body gives me peace of mind, especially as I weigh the risks of other menopause treatments like HRT.
