It contains: Gluten-free oats, date powder for a hint of sweetness, 10 grams of fava bean protein, Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and cinnamon spices.
Can be easily prepared with milk or water and takes 2 minutes to be ready and comes in a single convenient package.
