My parcel arrived with no returns label or returns details so email customer service sent me a returns label via email with no details on how to return the parcel. Took parcel to The Royal Mail they took the parcel and I am still waiting for my account to be refunded as Bench only use UPS and not the Royal Mail, the returned item is now lost in the post!!I am now after a very long process of emails now £65 out of pocket !!Bench need to improve their packaging and customer services! I recommend you check your parcel and the returns details carefully and good luck with customer services if you have any problems! -
