I'm a powder girl, through & through but this one just didn't sit right on me. I #gotitfree through Chick Advisor's Product Review Club.
The color was an excellent match on my skin even though we could only pick the color off the swatches online, so I'll give it that but otherwise it just looked cakey & made my skin look worse. I did not feel flawless with it on.
It might have helped having a different brush than the one sent with it maybe but I doubt it.

The moment I put this primer on I wanted to wash it off my face. It felt very tight, uncomfortable & drying. Also did not help with makeup application. The makeup just sat on top & looked terrible! Did not create a "flawless canvas" like stated on their webpage.
I did get this product free to try out. I would not purchase this product on my own.

It shouldn't feel uncomfortable or drying, the formula is enriched with moisturising ingredients so should leave your skin feeling smooth and refreshed. Nude by Nature products are always formulated to be as safe and gentle as possible and without synthetic ingredients or preservatives. Despite this, unfortunately some people are naturally allergic or intolerant to unique ingredients and raw materials. If you want to try using it again, we can provide some tips to assist. You also only need to apply a small amount of primer as it goes a long way. Try working the primer into the skin in a circular motion to assist with even application and absorption, and maybe leave extra time to dry before applying foundation. I used it after a long day at work just before a night on the town & it held my style very nicely without weighing my hair down which other dry shampoos tend to do with my hair. The smell was much less overpowering as others I have tried as well which was really nice. It worked into my dark hair well without being too powdery looking.

I do like this lotion but I do find after a couple hours I tend to look fairly oily all over again. I would also much prefer if it had a sunscreen in it as I don't wear foundation which usually does. It is perfectly moisturizing so I'm never left flaky but my naturally oily skin "shines" through too quickly for me. I continue to use this product while I'm on the search for that perfect product & as it doesn't cause breakouts I can't lose! -
