I’ve been trying AOR UrolithinA+, and I wanted to share my personal experience.
Before taking any supplement, I like to understand what’s behind it. Urolithin A+ is a compound that’s being researched for its role in supporting mitochondrial health ; the tiny powerhouses inside our cells that help produce energy.
For me, the biggest changes I noticed were:
Less brain fog. I felt like I could focus better, especially on busy days. More energy. Not the kind you get from caffeine, but a steadier, more consistent energy that helped me get through my day. What I appreciated most was that it didn’t feel like an overnight miracle. The changes were gradual and subtle, which honestly felt more realistic to me.
I also love that AOR is a proudly Canadian company with a science backed approach to supplements, and their products are available online and at many health food stores.

The playset is so colorful, sweet, and magical. Every little detail feels thoughtful, and it really sparks her imagination. I loved watching her sit there so happily, completely in her own little fairy world no distractions, just pure joy.
