I have super dry skin especially in the winter months. This @L’Oréalparis Anti-wrinkle night moisturizer did the job. My skin was well moisturized even after the first use. This night moisturizer is formulated for those 45+ with the addition of retinol-peptide. It definitely made my skin feel very soft. It was a little tacky when I first applied but nice and smooth when I woke up. I haven’t been using it long enough to notice a difference on my fine lines. I like that it’s geared to age. It does have a scent, however I don’t mind it but others may have an issue if they are sensitive to fragrances. -

One of the worst things about having dry skin is that it accentuates any fine lines. This @lorealparis anti-wrinkle moisturizer is formulated for those 45+ with the addition of retino-peptide. This one can be used for day and night. I have dry skin right now as winter is slowly retreating. I found that it worked well on most of my face except on the sides of my nose and middle of my forehead. The rest of my face is well moisturized and soft. I definitely needed the night cream to fully feel the effects. I haven’t been using it long enough to tell if it has reduced my fine lines but my skin feels very soft. It does have a scent to it. Fragrances don’t bother me but for those of you that are sensitive this may not be for you. -

If you like lavender, you will love the scent of this moisturizer. I’ve been trying out this Garnier Bio anti-age day care cream. It is made with Lavendin which is more potent than English lavender, along with Argan oil and vitamin E. it’s a rich cream that hydrates my skin without any irritation. I haven’t had any breakouts and it’s a nice moisturizer for summer. All ingredients are organic, vegan, and paraben free. -

I normally use garnier micellar water but with a different formula. I love that there is added vitamin c. At my age, I need the added brightness and benefits of vitamin c. I didn’t feel any leftover residue or experience any breakouts. I was able to remove my natural makeup very easily along with the reusable eco pads. -

This is definitely one of my new favourites. Between myself and my daughters we go through a lot of cotton pads. I’ve tried alternatives but these are by far the softest and are more effective than similar cloths. I love that you can use them for 1000 uses. My only concern is that I’m wondering if they will stay that soft and hold up for all those uses. I feel so much better using these rather than creating waste with the cotton pads. They easily removed my makeup along with the garnier micellar cleanser. -

One of the problems I have with sulphate free is that sometimes my hair is left greasy or needs to be washed more frequently. I didn’t have that problem with this shampoo. It cleaned my hair well and I didn’t need to wash my hair more frequently. And the scent smells so nice. For the most part my hair felt healthier, but my ends still felt a bit dry possibly due to the conditioner. I’m going to keep trying it and hopefully over time my ends will be in better condition. The shampoo is definitely something I’m going to keep using. -

I really liked the scent of this conditioner. I try to only use sulphate free products because it irritates my scalp. This conditioned my hair but not as much as I thought it would. My ends still feel a little dry but the rest of my hair feels okay. The conditioner felt a little more runny than the one I currently use so I’m wondering if some of it got rinsed off by the water in the shower before it had a chance to work in my hair. I really love the scent and will keep trying to use it so see if it improves over time. -

I have tried several brands of aluminum free deodorant in the last few years. I try to use aluminum free deodorant when I can, I tend to use antiperspirants on very hot days or when I’m exercising. In this review I am only comparing it to other aluminum free deodorants.
I think what sets this deodorant apart from the others I have tried is the scent and how it’s not irritating on my skin. This deodorant smells so clean and fresh, I find it very refreshing. This does not give me 24 hour odour protection, but none of the aluminum free deodorants do. I applied this at least twice a day to effectively keep the odour away. In the cooler fall weather I have found that this deodorant has worked very well, I rarely can smell any bad odour. My skin feels more moisturized with no irritation after using. I have found some deodorants have irritated my skin so I really appreciate that about this one. This deodorant does stay feeling a little wet on the skin after applying, but its the same or less in comparison to others.
As an aluminum free deodorant this is one of the best I have tried with scent and effectiveness. It’s also cheaper than my normal brand so I will be switching to Dove when I need to purchase again.

I have dry skin and when I used this over my entire face, at first it felt oily but then absorbed into my skin leaving a silky feeling. I didn’t feel the need to rinse it off when I was done.
I usually wear waterproof eyelash primer, mascara, and liquid eyeliner. I placed a cotton pad on the eyelid for about 30 seconds before trying to remove my eye makeup. It took over 15 swipes to remove all my eye makeup. I was definitely rubbing to get it off and it still left a smudge of eyeliner and mascara behind. The micellar water I normally use did not take nearly as many swipes to get it off.
I would continue using this as a makeup remover but use an additional eye makeup remover if I were using waterproof products. I also wear “natural makeup” and this removes it easily. It’s not as effective as I hoped but not a bad product either.
