Had some highly seasoned and very spicey pasta for lunch and couldn’t believe how much it upset my tummy. To the tune of painful surges. Thank goodness I received this charcoal capsules for free and could try them, wondering if they would help. To my surprise within one hour, I felt 80% better, no more tummy pains and everything had settled down. I believe these charcoal capsules worked fast in absorbing these hurtful toxins and passing them through my stools. Such a relief!
