I have a Vitamin D3 deficiency and my doctor recommended I take supplements to help ward off SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) which occurs for many people during the winter months due to lack of sunlight.
My Naturalpathic doctor suggested a liquid form for better absorption. I have had blood tests to gauge the level of D3 in my body and since taking the liquid form of Vitamin D3 I feel much better. I rarely suffer from SAD now, and firmly believe the liquid works much better than the pills.

Personally I prefer Colgate toothpaste to any other. I grew up using Crest, but never really liked it. Then one day the dentist handed me a Colgate trial tube and I was hooked! I have used many other Colgate products, but prefer the Colgate Optic White. I had my teeth whitened by the dentist 10 years ago, and by using Colgate Optic White for the last 3 - 4 years, everyone still comments on how white my teeth are. I really enjoy using this product, and it comes in different flavors of mint, so you can always switch it up! -

I have long, color-treated hair. I re-color my hair every 5 weeks, and anyone who colors their hair knows how damaging that can be! My hair dresser suggested I try L'Oreal Advanced Haircare Total Repair 5 Conditioner, which he happened to have with him and used on my hair. I LOVED IT!
It is not a heavy conditioner. You know how other conditioners once you have dried your hair makes your hair feel heavy and limp? Well, this one soaks in great and leaves my hair shiny, silky, and feeling very healthy. Not heavy at all.
