I’ve enjoyed many of the products from the Calm + Restore line, and I am happy to say that these 2 are my favourite so far. It’s never too early to incorporate gentle anti aging skincare in your routine!
The serum expertly incorporates the plant-based retinol alternative Cranberrg Extract (for those of us with easily reactive skin & dark spots) and is the perfect consistency to be layered under my favourite night cream.

I’ve enjoyed many of the products from the Calm + Restore line, and I am happy to say that these 2 are my favourite so far. It’s never too early to incorporate gentle anti aging skincare in your routine!
The eye gel is lightweight and the gel formula allows the product to make its way into the skin quicker than other eye focused products I’ve ever used.

Now that I’m in my 5 minute skincare routine era 😅, I truly enjoy incorporating products and tools that get the job done quickly & efficiently. Thanks to Butterly, Nair Canada & Flawless Beauty Canada I have been able to test out the Flawless Hair Remover for Eyebrows, for free!
Ok, so my brows aren’t super thick & I don’t always care to fill them in. I prefer an effortless looking brow that follows their natural shape. With the Flawless Hair Remover and the aid of its built-in light, I’m able to achieve this! The pencil tip-like head gives me the precision to remove ONLY the hairs that are out of place & maintain my desired look. No need to sacrifice quality either, as the head that comes in contact with the skin is gold plated!
Overall, I’m genuinely pleased to have an instant & pain free alternative to my tweezers when touching up my brows ☺️

Now that we’ve started the little one back up in swimming, we’ve been keeping a closer eye for eczema flare ups. We go through the creams and lotions faster than ever, so I was relieved when butterly gifted us the Aveeno’s baby eczema care moisturizing cream!
Fresh out of the bath, we use the cream to lock in moisture, soothe & protect his skin barrier. While we occasionally do oat baths, the natural colloidal oatmeal in the formula gets the same job done with less mess.
Aveeno’s baby eczema care moisturizing cream also checks all the boxes on our non-negotiable list - free of fragrance, parabens, phthalates, dyes & steroids. Mama of a sensitive skin baby approved!

It wasn’t until my mid 20s that I learned how important it was to wear SPF daily… regardless of the weather, or skin tone, and especially the hen using chemical exfoliants. I now have a couple go to SPF moisturizers, but I was excited to try out Aveeno’s since I already use & love the face cleanser in the Calm + Restore line.
After testing the product out I was happy with the non-greasy formula and its ability to smooth and soften skin without causing reactivity, however disappointed in the “ for all skin tones” claim. The product left a white cast to any area it was applied (product was applied or half of the face in picture) .
The product is overall well formulated to keep the skin protected and moisturized but you don’t get to reap the benefits if your skin isn’t fair enough.

My mom swears up and down by the taste of McCafe’s coffee, raving about its medium body & smoothness. Since my go-to is a vanilla oat latte, the new French Vanilla flavour allows me to save $$$ by not having to buy French Vanilla syrup! She was right, this coffee is deliciously smooth & not too sweet! Not to mention the convenience of the k-cups, I can set it & forget it in my keurig.
Most importantly, the ethics behind the product is the real win here. The Arabica beans used are Rainforest Alliance Certified meaning that the well-being of coffee farmers, their communities and the surrounding environment are supported with every cup.

Thanks Butterly for gifting us SpinMaster’s Swimways Pop Up Pool with Canopy for free! What an awesome invention to keep your little ones entertained while being mindful of ease for their caregivers!
While it isn’t particularly pool weather in Toronto, we were able to use it alternatively as a sensory ball pit for our 9 month old. It literally took less than 5 minutes to setup and take down on the first try - very user friendly!
The pool requires no inflation & collapses into a carry bag making it easy to travel with and store. The supports are solidly constructed and snaps securely attached, so when fully set up I feel confident that the pool will maintain its shape even if we choose to adjust the sun canopy angle.
The most thoughtful part was providing a “water watcher” tag for the designate, putting safety of our little ones first! Well done Spin Master!

This beauty comes in a matte black finish & adds a modern flair to our living space. The 44 inch diameter of the blades is the perfect balance for our medium sized living room. True to claim, it was an easy install & had all of the mounting hardware included
Some of the other elevated features that we’ve come to love are the: down rod mounting style that gives a pendant light vibe, remote control with remote mount & batteries, dimmable light function & 6 fan speeds + reverse rotation function, integrated LED light & integrated switch for colour adjustments, allowing to select a warmer or cooler white, a brushless DC motor so you can still hear a pin drop 2 rooms away, CFM rating of 4,400, meaning it moves a good volume of air through the space!
For years, NOMA has been regarded as a household brand, and we feel very confident that this is an appliance that will last many years with our family!

We are so fortunate to have helping hands during this season of our life! Baby boy’s cousin did some reinforcements with DAP’s AMP Advanced Modified Polymer All Weather Sealant that we received for free!
We used the product around our window frames to ensure we wouldn’t be loosing any heat over the winter months. It doesn’t end there though! DAP uses hybrid technology to formulate a sealant that can be applied to windows, doors, siding & trim. What’s particularly useful about the sealant is that it outperforms other silicone based options as it can be applied to wet surfaces for maximum convenience, boats low odour, provides a 100% waterproof & weatherproof seal (with UV resistance AND a temperature range of -17 to 60 degrees Celsius), stays flexible after application & guarantees 30 minute paint & rain ready time.
It checks all of the boxes you didn’t even know needed to be checked and helps you get the job done well!

I’m not new to the game of emergency pimple patches, they truly are a staple in my cabinet. But what I love about this brand is how accessible the product is in stores as well as online. This makes a HUUUGE difference when you’re in a pimple emergency!!!
This original style of pimple patch is super simple to use.
1️⃣ You prep your skin by cleansing & drying pimple area.
2️⃣ You cover the pimple with the patch & let it do its thing for 6-8h.
3️⃣ You peel the patch off when you see it turn white & proceed as usual!
This is by far the gentlest way I know to absorb the gunk that inflames our pores without scaring or redness! The germaphobe in me loves that there are sheets of patches that are individually packed to reduce contamination. And as a breastfeeding mom, I can also appreciate that the patches are drug free.
If you’re in the need of an overnight zit fix, seriously consider Hero’s Mighty Patch!
