I received this product as part of a promotion...and I'm sure glad I did! For the first time in years, I was able to eat in a restaurant without worrying. The pills aren't an excuse to eat gluten safely. But they protect you against accidental glutening. I took the pill as directed, with plenty of time before meals when out friends for food. And I didn't have to worry that my food was contaminated. It was great! For peace of mind, eliminate your stress and try this product. -

Having the added bit of caffeine in the mix really helped the medication work. What a relief!! I'd recommend Tylenol Ultra Relief and I will definitely be keeping this product stocked up in my house.
