This stuff really works! Keep in mind that you have to clear away as much of the damaged nail as possible. The fungus part is not attached to your skin so it's not a painful process. This product will not go through your nail. Get a good pair of clippers and a good file. File down as much as possible as often as needed. If you still feel smooth nail, it won't work. I had been using various other products for the last 5 months and I am seeing progress in just 2 weeks!! I could tell it was working better after the very first use. One of my nails has been an issue for 5 years so this stuff is like a miracle. I may even be able to get a pedicure as soon as the healthy nails grow out! -
